Nicolas Stable - Chief Operating Officer , Chief Legal Officer

Mr. Nick Stable joined Wings Capital Partners in May 2018. Mr. Stable is a veteran of the aviation, legal and private equity industries with over twenty-three years experience structuring and negotiating significant transactions. Prior to joining Wings, Mr. Stable spent nine years at GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), most recently as Senior Vice President, Legal. Nick also has experience in adjacent aviation sectors and private equity having recently led a turnaround and recapitalization of CHC Helicopter, on behalf of Clayton, Dublier & Rice. Nick began his career in New York City as an attorney focusing on the aviation and infrastructure sectors at White & Case.

Mr. Stable received his J.D. from NYU School of Law and has a B.A. in History from Duke University.
